I was asked about my prior work experience, my educational pursuits and how I can be an attribute to the company.
They asked me about my personal work experience and what motivated me to apply for the position. They also asked about my education background, my long-term career goals, and my previous job experience. The interviewer asked me to share one of my weakest skills, something I appreciated about a past supervisor, and a challenge I’ve overcome. Toward the end, they included a few role-playing questions that required some creativity.
I informed the Consultant that I had previous experience in ABA. She asked me to pretend that she was a client, and that I was supposed to teach her how to clap.
