It’s been so long I don’t remember, but there was only maybe 2-3 questions and they were essentially about my background, how I would handle crisis, and what sort of therapeutic tools I was familiar with.

Questions were fairly straightforward, however, as noted above, some people demonstrated little understanding of the position being hired, and even were a bit puzzled about what the position would accomplish.
