You're required to complete a video interview and it consists of a few questions that aren't really difficult to answer. I messed up on my interview and I still got through to the next step in the recruitment process. In the next step, you are engaging in a group interview which is quite comfortable and not intimidating at all. You are then required to provide two one-on-one interviews with different recruiters and they ask only a few questions.
