Tell me about a time you had a big transition?
Tell me a time where you dealt with a difficult customer? How did you solve it? What was the outcome? Tell me a time where you went above and beyond for a customer? What are your strengths and weaknesses?
They wanted to get to know me and who I was so they asked more questions about that than any technical skills.
