Had a 1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager, which only lasted about 30 minutes. Asked very basic questions, such as "on a scale from 1 to 10, how good of a programmer are you?" etc. Not really any technical questions. Hiring manager mentioned he didn't care if you didn't know the language needed (ColdFusion), as long as you were proficient in other programming languages it would be easy to learn.
