I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at bet365 in Oct 2015
Interview
I arrived at 5:45pm for the 6pm start as advised. There were 14 of us waiting in a comfortable room, we were offered hot or cold drinks upon arrival - very friendly! We were then introduced to the bet365 team and shown a presentation which covers the basics of what bet365 is about. We then did an icebreak session called 'room 101' where we were split in to 4 teams of 3 or 4 people and we had to discuss a pet peeve and share the best one within the groups to everyone which was fun. We were then split into two groups - one group was to be interviewed one-on-one first and the second group was to undergo 2 tests, one microsoft excel test which takes 6-8 minutes and is about booking holidays and matching the most appropriate holiday package to the best described families/people. The second test is a maths test that covers mostly multiplying, fractions and decimels i.e. fraction 1/4 = 0.25 decimel, there are a lot of questions to complete in another 6-8 minutes but the test is designed to not be completed but just do as much as you can as accurately as you can - there is also scrap paper to jot any workings out on. The overall experience and environment was really friendly and comfortable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you know about bet365? Why do you want to work for bet365? If you managed a bar and a VIP customer wanted to order drinks when you were about to close, what would you do? If you were to meet anyone dead or alive who would it be and why? In terms of working environments (or personal if you never had a job) tell us about a time when you have done something you really didn't want to do? What can you bring to bet365?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at bet365 (Denver, CO) in Dec 2025
Interview
I have applied for this role 4 separate times in 2025. I initially got an interview for it but scheduling did not work out as it is an on site role. I recently applied again, received a notification to schedule an initial interview which I thought went very well. I was told that a short list of candidates for a follow up interview would be made within 2 days but I was not on that list. I have been rejected for roles in the past so that is not an issue. Where I take issue is that when I asked for feedback on why I was not moving forward, I was told on the day the role was to start training that it is their policy to not provide feedback “at this stage of the recruitment process” which makes no sense. I asked for feedback after I received the rejection letter. I was informed of this policy on the date the job was to start. I would not recommend working for this company.
There was two over the phone interviews. First was over a phone call with a recruiter, second was a video call with another recruiter maybe specialist. They will call and email you in case you miss the phone call and voice message. They were professional with easy going attitudes.
good and easy, the recruitment team is very professional and I am just leaving this review becasue I like it and to see salries in this webpage you know what I meant
