First interviews were loose and comfortable, then there was the panel interview...this was a role playing presentation where you have a few days to build a deck, and "present" to a mock steering committee. Each interviewer gives constructive feedback at the end.

It was unorganized. Didnt know where to go and people interviewing didnt know when to see me. I couldn't remember where the front door was and the third person interviewing me wasn't that energetic and it was stale.
