They’re a bit disorganized. HR will give specific materials for preparation then only to find out that in the next interview, you’ll be asked by interviewer (department) to give a pitch and on the spot mock call. I was prepared for the materials given by HR (Gsheet proficiency assessment). The department even mentioned that it’s not the correct test. Based on the HR’s instruction via email, you’ll be giving a pitch if you’re applying for Business Dev or Sales.
