We are not going to be able to offer benefits to our employees for about a year from December of 2018. We are all making sacrifices to stay lean and conserve our resources - what is the absolute least amount of money you're willing to work for if we hire you? We do this on a two week trial basis, then extend to a three month... And if it's still working out, extend to a full year. (Fairly standard for a young start up)
