First interview was with the Talent acquisition team and second with AVP of the organization in both of the interviews the major focus was upon the overall personality, communication skills and attitude towards my profession.
In The interview with the talent acquisition team the communication skills , personality along with the work experience related questions and personal questions were asked and the 2 interviews with the Dutch personnel were the technical one related to my work and work experience the types of projects I have worked on and the software I am aware of and also some of the personal questions. At last the online test is of two segment one is sort of SRT ( situation reaction test) and the other is a cultural test having questions to judge whether you are fit for the work culture of the Dutch.
