There were quite generic questions in the telephone interview. The HR has my cv so first asked questions about why I chose my major for bachelor's and master's degree. Then came some competency questions, e.g. tell me a time when you plan and organise something; tell me a time when you work closely with others towards a same goal; tell me a time when you improve yourself. Hint: prepare some good examples and try to link your answers with BP's core values.
