      Feb 11, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Charleston, SC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at bp (Charleston, SC) in Feb 2014

      Interview

Starts with a tour of the facility, then a panel interview with a HR advisor, the supervisor whom you would be working under, and a technical expert in the field you are applying for. Lastly they normally take you out to lunch, don't be fooled they are still questioning you and normally trying to determine if you would be a good fit in the organization.
