I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at bp (Bath, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Basically I had to briefly talk about my application stuff and the sections, however the bulk of the interview was competency based questions, eg. greatest achievement, working in a team etc..so scenario based competency questions, I have selected (got an offer) but the offers arent due till feb/march and Glassdoor doesnt have a waiting for offer option.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic company questions and how previous experience related to their values. cant specifically remember the questions, but something along the lines of tell us a time where you had to work with somebody difficult/conflicted etc and how did you go about getting past that.
The video interview was relatively quite long, questions were standard but a few caught me out asking things like 'what are your values and describe a time when you've showed these values'
Questions about alignment with BP values. Asked about 6 or 7 questions and was just 1 person interviewing. Overall it was fairly informal and was more of a chat than a proper interview. They asked why I had applied for the scholarship.
