Interview
Telephone interview followed by 3 hours of face to face interviews. They were professional and very quick to respond to any questions I had. The interviews were very relevant and professional and had a good mix of HR and role related questions.
Early careers interview process was a couple rounds. 1 hirvue then a case study. There was also a group section to assess how you work in teams with other candidates.
There should be many rounds of interviews throughout the whole recruiting process.
