Submitted initial application for prescreening, took all the online exams, phone interview, invited to London for technical interview. Very tough technical interview unless you have extensive background in petrophysics with both theoretical and applied petroleum/rock physics.

I filled in an initial application form, completed an online test and finally completed an online interview. I was then invited to complete an in-person technical interview in Sunbury, where I was asked questions regarding the role I had applied for.

What experience have you obtained throughout your degree which would be applicable to the role?
The Interview process took around 1 hour 45 minutes and included general HR questions , then company values oriented questions requiring a scenarios to be shared demonstrating the values.
Technical Questions were also included that tested general role knowledge with multiple examples.
the Interview was very structured and a good experience overall.
