Phone interview confirming my interest and availability, arranged an in-store interview the next day. Read questions from a booklet but covered a wide range of topics from customer service, safety, teamwork etc. Was shown around the store and given a brief description of the various tasks I would be expected to carry out and was given the opportunity to speak to staff about their experience working there (generally positive feedback but the manager was present lol). We went back to the office where we discussed hours, pay rates, uniform etc he told me that he would be interviewing several other candidates but would get back to me on Sunday. Overall the experience was good the manager was friendly and the staff seemed pleasant.

Pretty straightforward, however, it was disgusting to find that the organization would ghost you after giving positive feedback along with verbal confirmation. Should have a professional approach towards hiring, cannot just ghost applicants.
