Not a great experience for me at all, I completed online tests, a technical interview and an assessment centre. The tasks were very repetitive, I was asked to complete three case studies, one in my technical interview and another two during the assessment centre. I applied at the beginning of November, Telephone interview late November, both my interview and assessment centre were at the beginning of December, I received no update until the end of February. I chased my contact multiple times, and was met with conflicting messages from different members of the graduate resourcing team. I then received an automated rejection email with no feedback on my performance.
With graduates investing so much time in their applications, it's so disappointing to be treated like this, after spending over 2 months watching my phone constantly following my assessment centre. Having been offered the position I would have really had to think about whether I wanted to work for an organisation who treats candidates in this way.
