Interview
The first round contains three case questions test and an interview with HR, mostly behavioral and some technical questions.. The test took around 1 hours and the interview took around 20 minutes.
initial application, numerical test, situational test, phone interview. Phone interview is mainly competency based test. Questions such as why BP and not other energy giants? And about how you fit in with their values.
3 week process, applied online. Long psychometric tests and many text fields to fill in (though no cover letter required). Was then invited for a phone interview with many competence-based questions.
