Interview
First is a phone interview, if successful you’ll be invited in for another interview and a walk around the store. Very simple questions and I feel like I answered them really well but I’ve been declined by 2 different BP stations, not sure what more they expect but yeah
Pretty straight forward questions about strengths and weakness as weel as experience you have for the role as well as when you can work etc. Overall easy so thats good
Basic 30 minutes interview one to one with main store manager, questions included time management skills, what you’d do in conflict, must stress that customers are at the heart of everything

Interview was easy and friendly , whole process was very easy and smooth to me, but they are always biased and racist , select their own persons, racism is very obvious and clearly found in selection process.
