Online profile was first, then had to complete situational and numerical online tests, phone interview which was just standard situational questions, technical interview about 1 and a half hours long then a full day assessment centre

phone interview was pretty standard situational questions, technical interview was difficult required research into the processes of oil and gas. Assessment centre was quite difficult but good tasks.
