Telephone Inteview Got a call from Talent Aquisition Specialist saying that the company is currently reviewing my application and explaining the recruitment process. Questions asked during this stage were; 1. Am i willing to work during odd hours? 2. Is my expected salary is negotiable? 3. Am i actively looking for job? Video Interview & Online Assessment Never done this kind of assessment before (good experience) Comprehensive instructions and guidelines on how to take the video interview and online assessment. Did my assessment, took me an approximately 4 hours (plus practice sessions) to complete the video interview and online assessment Note: if pass this stage only then will proceed with the final stage which is Face to Face interview Face to Face Interview I got to this stage where the interview conducted in structured manner. 1st part study case - they give me a situation and together with 3 set of questions (30 mins given for me to prepare my response) 2nd part STAR based interview I got to the final stage of the process but unfortunately i got a phone call saying that my application was unsuccessful. Reason for being unsuccessful was briefly explained. Overall - very good experience
