I filled out the application form and they quickly got back with a situational judgement test. After a few days they gave me a maths and language test. and again after a few days they offered me a telephone competency interview.

Great interviewers very kind. Made you feel at ease and asked lots of questions. Lasted around 1 hour with plenty of time for questions. Last stage was an assessment centre.

The interview was long and challenging but conducted in a friendly environment. Most questions focused on petroleum engineering and fundamental BSc-level concepts, testing both technical understanding and practical insight. Overall, It was not for me.
