I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at bp (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Brief HR conversation, followed by telephone interview. Received no feedback (despite asking for it specifically) after being told it wasn't being progressed. If it had progressed there would have been one more interview. Generally lack of communication about process.
The process was quick. The first interview was an introduction to check if my skills align with the position. The second interview was the technical interview. The third interview was about the results of the online personality assessment.

Just had a video interview with totally 4 questions. 2 oral questions and 2 written questions. Oral questions about the job related experience. One of the written question is software related and another behavior.
1 phone interview, 1 in-person interview. The phone interview lasted about 10 minutes, they ask very basics questions, tell me about yourself, how many years of experience do you have, why did you apply. The in-person interview lasted lasted 45 minutes - 1 hour and they asked only behavioral questions.
