I got reached out on LinkedIn, had a video-call interview.
My interviewer got late for 5 minutes, apologized for having their video camera turned off. I had a lot of background noise and kids playing around.
While I was solving a question I was left alone while my interviewer was dealing their own business. I realized that when I spoke for 10 minutes with no interruption and then asked "do you follow me?" and did not got immediate reply.
At the end of interview interviewer just said that problem was not solved optimally, so I got rejected.
I am happy to stop at this stage, because either the company does not care about their employees and they don't have working conditions or there is a huge chaos in the working process and working policies do not work

Every time difficulty level increased.
Very organised interview process and prompt recruiter in answering questions and feedbacks. The process also very quick from first screening with the recruiter. Overall very pleasant experience throughout the process from initial outreach to technical interview.

It was a poor experience — three interviewers were present, but only one asked questions while the other two seemed disengaged and uninterested. The interview seemed unnecessarily lengthy, with much of the time spent on unproductive discussion.
