Had five applications in over previous 12 months all outright rejections, this one got through as was recommended internally. 80% of the interview is behavioural questions based on their core values, need to have examples and explain your behaviours. Long winded, convoluted probing questions. Finished with 2 minor technical questions - didn’t enquire about anything from my cv or covering letter. Frustrated as I had a couple technical achievements that were directly relevant to this role and they didn’t even ask how I solved these unique problems nor had a chance to use as examples in earlier questions. I don’t feel it’s a great process - I didn’t have a chance to elaborate how my skills and competencies would be well suited. Also - no feedback. None.
