Overall, it was not a very smooth or pleasant experience. The role seemed more like a pipeline position rather than an immediate hiring need, as it was reposted again after three months. During the interview, the focus was heavily on extracting detailed information about current company experience, rather than providing insights into the role, the organization itself, or sharing the BP culture.
