The interview process was fairly one sided. The interviewers described the positions, gave background info about the company, and went over my CV with me. Its seems that they were not familiar with the content of my CV... be prepared to restate the obvious. Interviewers were mostly interested in having me complete the English Language Assessment and Case Study (Vignettes) Questions. Overall I would say that the interviewers took minimal interest in my qualifications and there was minimal time to ask any questions. If you do well on Phase 2 of interviews, you will be fine (Case Studies / Vignettes).
