There was 3 panel in the interview session including the Manager, team member, and the Talen Requisition rep. The session was full with Q&A session that took about 1 hr 10mins to finish. The discussion was went well and most of the questions need to use STAR technique and exactly questions on the role that you are applied. Make sure to get ready with a structured answer or get the scrip ready for those questions that you think the interview could possible ask for the role you applied for.
