The numerical test is mainly graphs and answering questions. Verbal test: they give you a text and ask give you 4 options to choose for your answer

I met them at the career fair and applied online prior to talking to them. Received an email to complete a hirevue online interview a few days after. Completed that process, received an email about a week after with an invitation for an onsite interview (Chicago). On site interview was done at BP headquarters, CME Chicago office. Part individual technical interview, part group interview where they observe your interactions.
