How did I handle a hostile client? How would you do this or do that? How would you handle confidential documents? Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
Examples: Why Edward Jones and this position? Describe a time when you went out of your way for a Customer. Describe a difficult relationship and how you recovered it. Describe a time when you failed and how you dealt with it. Did not ask: Tell me about yourself. What are your weaknesses?
