They were pretty straight forward with the questions, the one that sticks out as unusual is a question where they asked a specific time I went above and beyond for a customer at a former job. It wasn't hard to answer because I worked in customer service for a while.
Basic "What would you do" in a particular situation questions. How would you handle a customer who was upset about...
Basic sales/leadership type questions. Will hire without banking experience.
I cant remember a difficult question
Standard question about your overall knowledge and business acumen. That is only part or the process, its really about you personally fitting into the family culture this company believes so strongly in. Be prepared, dress professional and be yourself. If it's meant to be you'll do well.
