The most challenging thing for me was the grocery marketing director herself: Helen Warren Piper. She is very cold, strict and uninspiring. Just the type of person you would not want to work for. Her questions are pretty standard for a competency based interview: what would you bring to the business, tell me a time where you had to solve an issue, analyse data... Having the right feeling with a department director is crucial and she is the one leading the department, rules and ways of working and therefore establishing the culture in the work place.
