The final interview they have you present a business case. They only give you about a day to complete it before you present it in person. It's doable but I cant say its easy to do your best work in that time frame.
Tell me your favorite brand and why?
One of the games would display a simple mathematic equation, but the equation would have one of the numbers missing (either the solution or one of the products/dividends). The goal was to quickly and accurately complete as many equations as possible within a time limit. The equations increase with difficulty as you progress.
For the on-site interviews, P&G uses specific frameworks which the HR will inform you of in advance. In a nutshell: - The interviewer will ask situational questions such as "Tell me a time when... You took the lead on a project" or "Tell me a time when... You had an internal conflict and how you resolved it" - The interviewee will need to answer following the CAR model: Context, Action, Results.
