For the final interview, you meet with various team members for 30 minute segments. Looking for someone with an aggressive, hunter mentality so something like a lion, etc will get you points Q: you have a bunch of teams. One is operating at 100% and the other two at 90%, what do you do to make them increase efficiency? Other q’s decided to trip you up: “What are you most worried about?” (I tried to be modest and said adjusting and meeting the quota. I said I was sure it would be challenging at first but then I’d adapt...don’t say this. Be confident. “Are you applying/have you applied to other places” >> keep it vague. Say yes you are in the hiring/interview process with a few firms even if it’s not true. “Are there any reasons you wouldn’t work for us?”...Just say no. Put a positive spin on how the experience could be valuable because of x, y, z. Even if you see no correlation say that sakes skill are valuable to have and link it to your future goals somehow.
