The phone interview was pretty standard. Asked me to go over my resume and why I thought I would be a good fit for the position. I only advanced to the first in person interview. The only two questions were "tell me about yourself" and "what do you do in your free time". Very casual conversation but make sure to really detail your life. They weigh your cognitive assessment with the two interviews and go from there.
What do you do for fun?
Name a time at a previous job when you showed weakness and how did you overcome that weakness.
What motivates you?
Why Sales? What are your strengths?
The final interview was given scenarios and had to say how I would respond to them.
You are asked to prepare a demo. I would focus a lot more time on that if I could go back in time because you really need to deliver it well.
What do you do in your free time? (this was during the cultural interview)
I'd been mainly asked about my motivations.
