Phone interviews focused on my relevant professional experience and skills. Group presentation focused on my approach to the case study. One-on-ones were a little wider-ranging but focused mostly on where I saw myself adding value on the team.

Interview wasn't really a set of questions. It seemed to be more about seeing if the role would be a mutual fit for the organization and me. They asked a lot about what I was looking for and where I'd ideally like to see myself. Asked a lot about my interests, strengths and weaknesses. I started in the position that I interviewed for but ultimately they moved me to marketing, as I had an interest there and background from school. They allowed me to explore what would ideally be the best for me and for them.
