How would you handle a team of the following three people: - Person 1: Involved in many things and is constantly distracted/late for meetings. - Person 2: Loud mouthed and close minded. Tends to think his/her ideas are the best and is not open to hearing others' thoughts. - Person 3: Quiet, but full of good ideas. Not willing to speak up in group meetings.
There was no real difficult or unexpected questions, but I think I should have better prepared for it.
