Most of the questions were about process and conflict resolution. The very first question was describing all the steps in the project management process. The other questions were very good overall and what you would expect from a power house management team like this and a senior position. If not for the poor first question and waiting 90 days to get through their hiring decision, I would have rated positive.

Since it was for a business development profile the questions were mostly about prospecting and targeting the clients
If I was a circus animal, what would I be? I thought this question was ridiculous. I guess they wanted to hear my logic and reasoning skills. Still, most of the interview seemed to be a waste of time due to their lack of preparation.
