The entire written standardized questionnaire was an incredible ordeal. I believe that I was working with a lazy recruiter who had me write up an assessment of me so that she wouldn't have to do any work herself. There were 17 very complex essay questions that I was lucky to complete in six days. The document was eight pages long. I would have much rather answered these questions on the fly in an interview environment, but to compose replies was agony.
