The first case interview with the manager went well as the case was quite open in terms of structure and how to arrive at the solution. Bar raiser- the operations partner had pre-defined pathway to solve the case: Increase hiring of IT engineers from 10 to 30 per week at Revolut. It has lead to a pathway just to shut it at the end "in reality this is not what we see". My advise to anyone: explain the structure of your case- whatever it is. It may not be evident from your process. The case studies may seem open but in reality follow quite strict path and the interviewer will stick to it.
