I got asked about my previous experience, but all she wanted to know how much I made on all my previous jobs, to tell me in 3 minutes of interview that I did not have enough experience to get paid what I did before on my other job.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years was probably the most intense question. I was also asked what do I bring to a team environment and how would others describe me. Again, nothing was related to the actual job function. I was denied a second interview without them actually understanding the skillset I would have been able to bring to the table. And to be honest, if these are the questions they are using to vet employees, I wouldn't want to be working there anyway.
