I was asked to work out a lot of hypothetical scenarios. "What would I do in X case?", "How would I handle it if X happened to Y, but Y was Z?" A lot of them seem almost impossible to answer without knowing anything about how the company operates.
He didn't ask any IN PERSON, only in the telephone interview. He asked a few and decided to move forward. The face to face was socking to him. Left him speakless and questionless
Unsure of the exact line of questioning, it was more of a conversation with a lot of questions to feel out the experience level.
