I was hired on temporarily through an hiring agency. I had to take a test over my proficiency of data entry using mac software and programs similar to Microsoft word, excel, power point, publisher etc and basic computer skills. For a permanent job with cPanel you can expect a more extensive interview as well as a thorough background check and a drug screening.
