Describe a time where you delt with a difficult customer and how you resolved their issue? Describe a time that the company changed a policy you didn't agree with and how you responded? Describe a time you received feedback from a supervisor you didn't agree with and how you handled it.

The interviewer, was cool and asked how am I gonna be able to handle stress and some usual stuff !
