One of our values is compassion, how would you show this? Then Role play, where she gave me brief information at an extremely fast speed refusing to repeat, put the phone on hold and then came back on, from there I was to act as if I was answering a 111 call with NO information about how that would be done. The only information I was given was that she was going to play a sick person and my goal was to get them to call their GP instead. What she tried to quickly explain was the call was directed to 111 as an out of hours number, I had to assess the symptoms and direct them accordingly. That was the only information I managed to write down, the rest was too fast to comprehend.
