All of our manager candidates have to start out on the phones making 250 calls per day and work their way up, is this acceptable for you?
Only look up information on Google and have to get 15 correct. Example: " What does a yellow rose mean? " Also do a mock phone call with recruiter. You use internet to look up info. One looks up two types of restaurants , then calls back the recruiter with the info. He picks one of the choices and you write an email to confirm the time and place- using word. No questions are answered, no salary given, no tours of the call center. You are just placed into the next training class. Surprised that internet was so slow given that is what the company relies on for business. Headsets were uncomfortable and old.

The interview was very brief as I had mentioned. I got to the interview with only minutes to spare. I kind of rushed in and was greeted by a receptionist who said sign in. I waited about 2 or 3 minutes and a lady called my name and I followed her to her office for a more 1 on 1 setting. Once there we sat together for maybe 15 minutes of questions and answers back and forth. The main questions consisted of : What call volume I was used to?
