It's been over a year since I interviewed for this position, so I don't remember the interview questions.
I was given an online training/test to gauge my disciplinary and problem-solving style, and also with basic safety questions. There were lots of questions that I considered to be about morally gray-areas, or practices that have changed fairly recently. I was definitely nervous, especially since I feel that everyone has their own style that informs how they handle certain situations. Most questions asked for common-sense answers.
