They didn't ask me anything. Just told me to pay for the background check and they'd put me to work. I found it odd.
The interview focused a lot on my ability to deal with diverse people and especially problem solving in relation to situations that are probably pretty common in the role of caregiver. I appreciated being treated like a mature, responsible, educated and experienced professional.
