Not applicable, a lot of "if this then what would you do" questions to evaluate transferable skills and then direct questions regarding my experience, goals, etc. They definitely wanted someone who would be happy as a case manager for a while and I was okay not getting the offer since it would have been a starting position to gain experience and in no means long-term. So in that case the interview process worked!
