He asked questions like "How would you handle a angry customer?" "What does good customer service mean to you?" "Are you willing to work weekends and holidays?". He also took notes and was observing my body language to see if I had a friendly smile and if I looked him in the eyes answering his questions. He also wanted to know if I was health conscious.
